By accessing or using Baylish ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Service

Baylish is an AI-assisted fact-checking tool that analyses URLs and text content against publicly available evidence databases. Verdicts are probabilistic outputs and should not be taken as definitive legal, medical, or financial advice.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to analyse content for the purpose of facilitating harassment or harm.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our underlying models or databases at scale.
• Use automated scripts to submit analyses in excess of your plan limits.
• Represent Baylish verdicts as definitive truth without acknowledging their probabilistic nature.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law.

5. Subscription Plans

• Baylish offers Free, Pro, and Pro+ plans with features as described on the Pricing page.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Razorpay.
• Plan limits (daily analyses, claims per item) are enforced automatically.
• We reserve the right to change plan pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and algorithms within Baylish are the property of Baylish and its licensors. You retain ownership of any content you submit for analysis. By submitting content, you grant us a limited right to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of analysis results. Baylish is not liable for decisions made based on Service outputs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baylish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
