Refund Policy

No Refund Policy

All purchases made on Baylish — including Pro and Pro+ monthly subscription payments — are final and non-refundable.

By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund, whether full or partial, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the Service.
  • Failure to use the subscription during the billing period.
  • Accidental purchase or misunderstanding of plan features.
  • Cancellation of your subscription before the end of a billing cycle.

Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or account credit in exceptional cases such as:

  • A payment was processed twice (duplicate charge) due to a technical error.
  • You were unable to access the Service for more than 72 consecutive hours due to a confirmed outage on our end.

To report such a case, contact us within 7 days of the charge at our contact page. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access to your plan features until the end of the paid period.

Contact

For questions about a charge, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in account suspension.
